As far back as 2006, Jill has been a Mentor and Industry Influencer to Lash Artists around the Globe. Her particular genius zone is in framing explanations of technique, mastery of skills and the science and innovation of the Lash Arts to help build expertise in others. Before ever teaching an organized class in Advanced Lash Techniques, Jill mentored, reasoned and debated the merits of

“why” we use particular tools,

“how” we best understand the chemicals and supplies we purchase, and

“what” the benefits and risks are in the choosing.

An educator at heart, and a fearless early adopter, Jill left her role as Lash Studio Owner/Operator in the Summer of 2010 and by October 2010, launched the first online training program for Professional Lash Artists.

“I love teaching and speaking at conferences in person, but I find I can reach more people effectively via webinars and my online academy than I was ever able to by instructing small groups. There is definitely a niche, a wheelhouse, a different perfect situation for each of us. I’m so glad to have found mine and to be comfortable with it. Now I can focus on my true goal – to coach and create a sense of expertise in each of my students or event attendees as I bring science, technology, innovation & inspiration to each.”

In addition to being the Owner/CEO of Lash FX® Professional Eyelash Extension Supplies (est. 2007), Jill is a Master Lash Educator and founder of Global Lash Summit Events with co-creators Eva Zacharias and Loreta Jasilionyte. Her most recent proud accomplishment is becoming a Certified Fascinate System® Advisor. Jill speaks at conferences and business leader symposiums. She also has most recently created the world’s first Augmented Reality Eyelash & Eyebrow Makeover app with global innovators ModiFace that aims to change the way that clients consult with their Lash & Brow Technicians as well as changing the way the Cosmetology classroom presents engaging, interactive learning.
