Originally from Poland, now currently living in the United Kingdom for over 10 years, I have developed my skills and ability in reading, writing and most importantly speaking fluently and confidently in the English Language.
My passion for eyelash extensions began in 2008 and has continually grown ever since, thus resulting in me realising my dreams and achieving my goal of opening Prestige Lashes in 2014- my first eyelash salon.
I educate, as well as actively work and still perform approximately 100+ eyelash applications per week. This enables me to dedicate my time not only to growing the business and engaging with the clientele but also passing on my experience and knowledge via the in house training I provide.
Occasionally I host formal training sessions with experts from the International beauty treatment scene, to share their knowledge and industry secrets with my willing trainees. This gives my learners the opportunity to acquire new skills and master some of the best advice and tuition to allow them to perform at the highest level.
After a year of intensive and rigorous research developing a high-quality Eyelash Extension brand, "Lash Vault" was born!! - an online retail store specialising in Lash Vault branded products.
My love, passion and dedication for this industry is continuously expanding, hence organising the first of its kind, local, eyelash extension Championship – “Strictly Come Lashes”. This was the first of its kind for my home town of Worcester, West Midlands.
I strongly believe competing with others in this industry helps keep the skill set, merit and calibre at a very high standard, which more importantly gives the eyelash masters the opportunity to regularly stay at the top of their game and keep performing at their optimum.
Finally, to date 2017 has reflected what I have put in to this industry. I became a judge and speaker at International Conferences and other beauty contests and have recently started to travel the world sharing my knowledge and experience with others willing to join our industry.
