The owner of Beautique Salon, Larow Beauty group, and Master Trainer for Lash Affair academy, Leah Lynch, holds five separate lash certifications, is a winner of two national awards, one global award and two global nominations for her lash artistry and is a published author in the international best-selling book Lash Masters. Leah has spent the past 10 years of her career solely immersed in the world of lash and brow artistry, building her skills as an artist as well as her reputation as a powerful business woman, mentor, and educator. Featured as a successful inspiring woman in the beauty industry for 2011 (Modern Salon Magazine), she has proven to be able to combine raw talent and technical skill with a savvy business mind. As a successful small business owner with 12 employees, five of whom provide lash services exclusively. Leah is able to provide a wealth of information and resources not only for the aspiring artist but also for the aspiring business owner. In August of 2015 Leah designed and created one of the most comprehensive training curriculums for trainers in the US accompanied by one of the most all-inclusive training manuals published to date! 13 talented trainers are now training nationally utilizing her curriculum, manuals, and methods designed out of a combination of all of her training and expertise. Leah’s down-to-earth personality, combined with her strong communications skills, make her a wonderful trainer and mentor.
